Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
At RNN Odditorium (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which is compliant with South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
2. Returns
2.1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or items that are made to order, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other legal reasons.
2.2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of use, wear, or damage.
2.3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at curator@odditorium.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

2.4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
3.1. Processing of Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3.2. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.3. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods, custom-made items, digital products, and gift cards.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Eligibility for Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at curator@odditorium.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
4.2. Exchange Process
- Once the defective or damaged item is returned and inspected, we will send out a replacement item at no additional cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
5. Consumer Protection Act Compliance
- This Refund and Returns Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, which ensures your rights to return goods and receive a refund under certain conditions.
